I "upgraded" to this APP due to good experience with "Sign NSend", which this APP replaces.
I do a lot of real estate and legal work, and "Smart Forms" APP has loads of problems. Number one, it is a subscription service, so it can be very expensive. In reality, you can send multiple "signed" versions of the same document. This is due to mistakes and/or revisions made after the doc is sent.
It also involves a big learning curve. It is not intuitive.
I have also been using PDF Expert, which has a purchase fee, but no additional in-app costs. It regularly foes on sale, so if you have tine wait to see if the offer any holiday savings. This APP has recently been extended to iPhone (originally iPad only) which negates my need for "Sign NSend". PDF expert is super easy to use. PDF Expert also converts Word and Pages to a PDF format (which cancels my other need for "Smart Forms") and it is a breeze to combine PDF files and edit documents already filled out and mailed.
Cant say enough for Readdle PDF Expert, cant say anything for Smart Forms.
