This turns my pics of forms into PDF files...use it all of the time! Love it!

Its a waste of time. Every document you send will come with a stupid watermark in red saying that document was created by this app on top of the page. So stupid. Unless you pay for not having this watermark. And it crashes all the time. Find another app that works!!!

App works great. It is so convenient on my iPad when people decide they need things done right now!

Much better Type on PDFS

Crash, crash, crash... Updated to IOS 8 and the app crashes if you try to import docs making app useless. Already paid for the app of course

Help. Crashes every time I try to open a pdf in it since I installed ios 8! Was fine before.

Cons: The interface needs major polishing. The document storage hierarchy is complicated and frustrating to manage. Pros: The absolute best features to annotate on a PDF document using a dbase reports style data-entry. Hand writing technology to attain signatures with ease. Shareable documents!!!! (Awesome!) Folders!! (Yes!) Tutorial videos, and support blogs are welcomed bonuses. This is the best Ive found. If they could get this interface more user-friendly, Itd be a 5 star product.

This app is fantastic. Just what I needed and so simple to use. Highly recommended!

Love using this for punchlists

I "upgraded" to this APP due to good experience with "Sign NSend", which this APP replaces. I do a lot of real estate and legal work, and "Smart Forms" APP has loads of problems. Number one, it is a subscription service, so it can be very expensive. In reality, you can send multiple "signed" versions of the same document. This is due to mistakes and/or revisions made after the doc is sent. It also involves a big learning curve. It is not intuitive. I have also been using PDF Expert, which has a purchase fee, but no additional in-app costs. It regularly foes on sale, so if you have tine wait to see if the offer any holiday savings. This APP has recently been extended to iPhone (originally iPad only) which negates my need for "Sign NSend". PDF expert is super easy to use. PDF Expert also converts Word and Pages to a PDF format (which cancels my other need for "Smart Forms") and it is a breeze to combine PDF files and edit documents already filled out and mailed. Cant say enough for Readdle PDF Expert, cant say anything for Smart Forms.

Slight learning curve, but easy to use once you figure it out. This is on all my techs iPads

This works well for me to sign documents.

I have used typed on pdf for over two years and found it satisfying though not as intuitive. The smart form is not so much different than the typed on pdf by the same developer except that we now have to have a paid subscription to use the app. I am not sure what I am paying for if I am not using the developers server to send emails . Its ok to sell your app for a onetime fee, not become exploitative as there is no added service that requires continuous payment.

Clunky interface and difficult to use. Much better products out there. Recommend you look elsewhere.

This app is my #1 resources for filling in PDF Forms. I would highly recommend this application to anybody needing to fill in any PDFs.

This is the most aggravating app I have ever used. I bought the Type on PDF Pro,I worked up all my formulas for the sheets I need several times a month, TipperNINNY ditched because they were getting rich enough off of it and gave us a new and improved bunch of idk what word to use. It freezes up, you cant do any thing in this app easily, if you duplicate it takes an act of congress to move it where you need it. So by now your thinking just use PDF pro that Ive already paid for well heres the problem with that, now its like its been sabotaged all of my formulas just disappeared and not just once several times APPLE is going to have to find an app that does our forms the way PDF Pro almost did and find a better one or people are going to stop using their iPads for work

Pretty good app so far. I wish it was completely free for all options but other than that no complaints. Hope it continues to be useful!!

Previously I used Type on PDF then discovered it was no longer supported, this app was intended to replace it. I recommend others use this app assuming it was at good as Type on PDF. I then received these documents from them and every page has a hideous watermark that takes up 1/4 the page! Talk about embarrassing! Now I have to go back and tell them that this app is NOT recommended!
